The physical facility was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The toilet accommodations' were very good. The pub was an added amenity. Overall we enjoyed our time at the Inn.

Initially was disappointed with location because we had hoped to be closer to downtown, but when we discovered we could take the scenic river road to downtown, felt better. Clean, well staffed, nice that you've added a pub, even though we didn't use it - it's a nice amenity. Breakfast bar was well stocked and refreshed frequently.

Overall, we were happy with our room. It was spacious and quiet. The bed was very large so that was also nice, and we were pleased to see a large closet and a mini fridge. The bathroom was also fine - I liked the large walk-in shower.

We've been to a few Wyndham hotels lately, and this was by far the best, albeit at a considerably higher price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food and beverage selections.

It is a newer property and they have kept it very clean. We checked in around 10:00 PM and the girl at the counter was awesome, very helpful.

When we checked in, front desk AGM was very friendly and welcoming. Our daughter is going to be playing softball at Winona in the fall and this will be our new home!
